Нам оставили очень грязную квартиру. На кухне буквально все было в жире. Я оставила пожелание предоставить нам вентилятор, оставили грязнющий вентилятор, лучше бы не оставляли совсем. На кухне было мало приборов. Только два полотенца для тела и ни одного для рук. Матрац и подушки ужасно не удобные, владелец просто решил сэкономить на качестве сна гостей. Жаль что тут нет кнопки вернуть деньги за уборку, потому что она не была проведена. Из плюсов только могу отметить что была стиральная машинка с сушкой, лифт не нужно ждать долго и метро рядом. В ресторане внизу в формате буфета можно вкусно позавтракать.

Check in was smooth. Just remember to go over to reception to register yourself firs before taking the keys. I've stayed here before, I almost forgotten about the registration. The unit is at high floor. Nice view at sunrise and sunset. The balcony is also nicely done if you want to spent your time there. Choose this place due to it's proximity with KL Sentral - one LRT stop away. Unit is tidy and pleasant to stay in. The aircon is well maintained and even at 24°c it was too cold for me, had to switch it off. Looking forward to staying again next round.

Stayed at The Establishment | Menara Tegur Bangsar in a loft kind of apartment and I’d rate it 8/10. For about $50–$60 a night, it’s affordable and just a 15–20 min drive to KLCC/Twin Towers where main touristy attractions are. There’s a restaurant downstairs which is convenient to grab a bite for breakfast & what not. Amenities are average tbh. Spacious gym but limited machines, pool is okay, jacuzzi separated for male/female, and the sauna wasn’t working. Overall, a good budget stay I’d recommend.

I enjoy the amenities so much, especially the great view from the gym and swimming pool! The room is nice and spacious, and its location is just 5 mins away from those popular shopping malls nearby. In terms of public transportation, it is easy to walk to the LRT station using the pedestrian bridge connecting the building to the station.

Room clean, no eerie, have basic functions of an apartment, strategic location to LRT and Malls, next to Alila. There is a small cemetery nearby. Can pls provide toothbrush n paste please.

The room is clean in general, but dining table has ants, so our food had ants after being left out for awhile. The bathroom was very musty and the ceiling at the shower area was dripping. Overall room was very nice! Just these 2 small issues.
